This is luxury. Completely new, remodeled down to the studs (completed in October 2022). King beds in every bedroom except the bunk room, which contains 4 queen beds. 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and two huge common spaces to hang out in. Spend post-skiing lounging in the 20-foot hot tub, taking in the snowy mountain views. Every inch of the house is professionally designed and decorated. Only 20 minutes to Alta Snowbird, and 25 to Brighton Solitude. Mountain views from nearly every room. Sonos speaker in the living room to enjoy tunes. Bose soundbar & subwoofer in the basement for the ultimate movie and sports-watching experience on the 85" tv.

PS: The house actually sleeps up to 20 guests - please let us know if you plan to have more than 16.

Quiet street in Sandy nestled right along the mountains - you'll often see deer wandering through the yard. For skiing, if skiing at Snowbird / Alta, you have an advantage and skip a lot of the main traffic coming from Salt Lake City. 5 minutes to the entrance of Little Cottonwood Canyon, where there is a ton of hiking trails, climbing, views. Hiking trails just a few minutes from your doorstep.

Definitely need a car - most things are a 5-10 minute drive away. The house has a two car garage (needs to be cleaned out post renovation but likely will be by December 2022). In addition, the house has additional driveway parking of up to 4 spots.
